Florence Welch in Kenzo: How To Wear Paisley

Florence Welch's most recent fashion hit was when she wore an amazing embellished dress by Brit designer Antonio Berardi on the VH1 Divas event red carpet in December and, of course, she was one of our finalists for the Grazia Best Dressed of 2011 thanks to her eccentric style. Now that we're in 2012, the Welch has already provided us with a fabtastic outfit that we have every faith will be remembered as one the most statement, trend-loaded and brave outfits of the year (yes, we know we're only ten days in).

With matching silk trousers, shirt and jacket from Kenzo, Florence tackles a head-to-toe paisley print, adding a pair of velvet Ralph Lauren Collection slippers. She brilliantly manages to tame the wild look with structured tailoring that provides an on-trend mannish edge. That tan leather clutch sits perfectly against the busy print and Flo's flawless skin, minimal make-up and auburn hair make the perfect canvas.

But don't be afraid of tackling this tricky trend. Paisley is one of the hottest prints for the season, seen all over the Spring / Summer 2012 catwalks, from Jil Sander to Clements Riberio. So it's time to inject your wardrobe with a touch of paisley, even if you decide against wearing it head to toe a la Florence. Here are our top 6 buys for nailing the look…
