Online shoes boutique, KindredSole.com have been nominated in The Footwear Industry Awards 2012

KindredSole.com is up for ‘Footwear Brand of the Year’ at The Footwear Industry Awards. The awards promote high achieving brands and retailers. The brand was established in 2009 by Lizzie Leary and Beth Widdowson after graduating from Fashion Retail Buying at de Montfort University, Leicester.


Beth Widdowson says, "As self confessed footwear fanatics it was such an honour to be told KindredSole.com had been short listed for Footwear Brand of the Year."
Lizze Leary adds, "We set up KindredSole.com whist studying at De Montfort University and launched the brand as soon as we had graduated and in the middle of the recession. Two years on to be told KindredSole.com is being considered for Footwear Brand of the Year is fantastic."

Since launching in 2009 KindredSole.com has gone from strength to strength with visitors soaring 174% in the final quarter of 2011 compared to 2010. KindredSole.com has had visitors from 170 countries, with loyal customers as far and wide as United States of America to Australia with a strong base in the UK.
